Diced Beef

Diced Chuck or Blade Beef, taken from our Free Range, Yearling Grade, Grass Fed Beef. The beef has been carefully removed from the bone and trimmed before being packed. It is ideal for stews and casseroles, but not to be used for kebabs unless a 48 hour marinade has been applied.
